I placed an order for boots in my size that is hard to find. The gentleman said they would have to be special ordered. This was back in January 2021. I called back and was told my boots were still in transit in February. I checked back in March and was told that since they could not come from the factory they would have to locate a nearby store that had my size and have them shipped to Harlingen from that store. Today on April 2nd 2021 I went in and asked about my boots again. I was told that the boots had come in during the month of February and that they could not contact me. I don’t like to usually give businesses a one-star review but in this case I felt I had to. I might try the store in Brownsville for better customer service or just ordered directly off of the Red Wing website. So much for shopping locally.

Love the boots, hate the guy on is phone while I’m asking questions. Red wing Harlingen lost a sale that day. I dropped 350 at bass pro instead.

The customer service was great and very helpful. Walked out with a new pair of work boots that fit like a glove. Thanks to the salesperson there I was able to find what I was looking for pretty fast. 10/10 will buy here again. Highly recommended.
