Give 1O stars to salesman Sal, he gave my husband and I outstanding service. Sal’s knowledge of everything we asked and his suggestions were purchased. We went in for work boots, purchased a pair of boots, 2 different kinds of inserts, and boot horn. Very pleased and that’s not easy !!!

Employees aren’t properly trained to follow their own Policies.Employees won’t exchange my New shoes because I have to take it to the original place I purchased the shoes.I have checked they store Policies in store on receipt and Online, none states that. Made me drive nearly 1 and a half hour and waste time and gas.
