I understand the new normality, and only some amount of people are allow in the restore, but, it’s kind on a not good service, when they have 4 people of the same family seating inside while ONE ONLY ONE of them are buying and did not let you in, in a 90°F outside!

Great service! Stop spending money on throw away boots, spend a little bit more and get some quality that will far surpass anything else on the market.As soon as I walked in I was greeted and treated to the full experience. It was really nice getting some customer service that was reminiscent of times before huge box stores.I’m never buying another brand of boots. Sold for life.
