Dana Was amazing in her service and help finding me the perfect boot. They didn’t have my size in stock and they came next day and I was worried about the size even though I used the sizing thing. Being my feet are very wide when they arrived Dana assured me she was sure they would fit perfectly. She was on the money. Bravo!! Very happy with my iron rangers. Nothing but the best service.

I need to first say how grateful I am for Miss Dana’s help. I am also in the customer service business. Her knowledge of the product her friendliness and willingness to help me find a boot right for me was extremely enjoyable. Not knowing that I am a disabled USMC veteran and have zero cartilage in my ankles and my whole body is jacked up. She helped me find the right boot for my auto detailing business and one that would hold up the the abuse I was about to put on these awesome boots. Not to mention I am extremely grateful for the customer service you provided and without my knowledge until I was walking out the door that I realize that you had packed up my tennis shoes I left on the floor And put them in the box for me.That is one thing I can say about redwing shoes is that no matter how good of boots or shoes you came from I completely forgot about my ASICIS tennis shoes when I was walking out the door. But thankful to miss Dana‘s customer service and going above beyond they were in my box I was holding… not only does the store have a client for life but so does Red Wing Shoes.

I really love that every time I go in, it is the same lovely woman there to help me. She remembered me and the shoes I bought, 2 years after I bought them (and I’ve only been there twice before).The shoes themselves are pricey but have a sturdy base. My steel toed boots have survived 2 years working 40 hours on my feet, with only one minor repair. Which, I will add that unless your shoes are under warranty here, I would get them repaired elsewhere.I’m impressed with the service and the women’s priority of making sure you get what is right for you, doing everything she can to help. Thank you.
