First time at this store employees were friendly the man that helped me was knowledgeable measured my feet had me try on boots and told me upgraded insoles would make them fit better. He was right got home applied conditioner and these Irish Setters are the most comfortable boots I’ve ever owned. I’m 49 yo and have owned allot of boots. I will return for more boots in the future.Thanks

Quick and friendly service. I entered store with four customers inside. My wife was helped and tried on two different size boots and made a purchase of the ones she liked. In and out in under 10 minutes.

Stopped in yesterday to talk about some issues with my existing Red Wing boots. Employee was extremely friendly and helped with a new pair of Iron Rangers. Great service and he cares about the customer. Will definitely be back in the future.
