My very high maintenance grandmother was looking for an ammolite ring to go with earrings and a pendant she already had. She went around the entire shop trying on about 20 pieces – Alex was very helpful and patient with her. So my sister brought me in later to look at charms, and the other staff were very helpful as well. They gave us a good deal and were very knowledgeable, as well as personable. Skip the cruise-ship-paid-in mega jewellery stores and head to The Red Lady!
