This is primarily for the Syracuse location. The customer service at the store was fine. The prices are fine. However, unless you can handle the delivery and set up, don’t go to this store.We were told the delivery folks would bring the refrigerator we bought into the house and at the very least take our old one to the curb. We were also told they would call prior to delivery.No call. They just showed up and left the refrigerator in our garage and said “We’re leaving,” and left. We had to muscle both the new one in and the old one out, plus call a plumber to unhook our old one and hook up the new one. (At overtime rate since the refrigerator was not dropped off until after 5pm).Again, no issues at the point of sale in the store, but with the delivery. All told, it cost us as much as buying one from a big box store due tú the delivery folks.I really wanted to recommend this place as it’s local, small, and the people at the Syracuse store were and are good folks. Yet, the delivery folks blew it. The 3 stars takes delivery into account.
