The selection was great, beautiful pieces, and Matthew is the absolute best! He was so patient with us as we tried to furnish multiple rooms on a budget. My husband and I buy a lot of our furniture and accessories from Raymour and Flanigan Furniture. About 7 years ago we bought a beautiful black cherry loveseat and couch from them. After about two years we noticed that it was fading and turning orange. We contacted them and were told that there was nothing they could do about it. As the years went by it got worse and worse. I recently contacted them, sent photos, and asked what it would cost to have it repaired. They just blew me off again and told me that it couldn’t be repaired. I am very disappointed for a number of reasons. First, we have an expensive loveseat and couch that look awful, when we bought the furniture we were told the color was baked in and would not scratch or fade, and lastly, we contacted them after just two years and nothing was done.
