I was promptly and courteously greeted by Jacki; she was INCREDIBLY helpful, and attentive–she made very useful suggestions and most importantly…she was NOT pushy, she didn’t get in my way, and she didn’t try to talk me into anything. She was a friendly expert who assisted me in the one type of shopping I hate! It was a smooth process and she even followed up (at my request) to ensure I was comfortable with my choices later that evening. They have a tremendous show room and many, many staff members, and I am sure that they’re all great, but Jacki has my full endorsement and recommendation!-Dr. Cory B.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a couch and accent chair for our first apartment and Abby was great with helping us pick them out. She met us at the door and was conscious of our budget, style, color preference, and size of furniture we were looking for. She took us across the whole floor (upstairs and down), and was very patient, personable, and informative. Eventually we found a couch and chair we both loved. Raymour has a great selection, friendly staff, and followed up right away with delivery estimates. At first, I was intimidated by perceived higher prices at Raymour but they are competitively priced and have something for everyone. After shopping some of the other furniture stores in the area, Raymour takes the cake!

The shopping experience was very easy with no stress or pressure. The Lane living room set is beautiful and made in America ! I am very impressed with the dining set also made well and very sturdy . I’m happy with both purchases. The only thing I would suggest would be to check before the delivery guys leave ( very very professional and very nice ) Because the pedestal was put on crooked and we have to take the table apart and move the bolts so that we can get the chairs underneath the table.
