I wanted to tell you about a most wonderful experience I had during this pandemic time with Raymour and Flanigan employees that has helped to restore my faith in human beings. My mom is 97 years young. We needed to get a comfortable bed for her wonderful aide.. I spoke to Harvey at the Long Island Store Garden City.. he was amazing.. He spoke in a three way conversation in order to best service my mom who was looking for the bed. he was beyond patient, compassionate and informative and more.. many times we spoke to him to ascertain the information we needed as well as to have him help tremendously with the technology needed to look at the merchandise without going into the store during the COVID, and guiding us on ordering. He was present then and throughout the process – answering any and all questions to ensure we get what we need. Then as if that was not enough- Christopher drove from New Jersey warehouse to deliver the bed – there were accidents on the road and alot of traffic. He arrived and when he was putting the bed together he realized that there were parts not sent with the order.. Do you know he drove back same day at the height of rush hour and HE CAME BACK THAT EVENING all the way to and from Jersey to deliver the part – he could have left it to another driver to come another day but he did it. I could tell in the conversation how special he was – he gave me advice – take good care of my mom – truly angels Harvey and Christopher in our midst – we are all so grateful …EditDeleteShare

Rep- Mr. Zhang, was knowledgeable & kind. He gave us our space to talk & explore. Which I really like & appreciate. The overall experience was very good. Price are high, good amount to options, but mostly older / settle style.

This year my boyfriend and I went to Raymour and Harvey Lisman helped us find the perfect couch for our new apartment. He took the time to show us all of our options and work within our price range. While we waited for our couch he made sure to give us updates on shipping and make sure we were happy with our purchase once it was received! If we need anything else in the future we will be back to find him!
