I have been to the Soho store roughly 7 times between today and mid last year AND EVERYTIME my husband and I were greeted with smiles (through the mask), energy and the best customer service we had received in quite some time. Considering Covid and so many people having personal issues of all kinds they all had wonderful personalities. So easy to work with and though it could be busy in the store at times you can still get great help and professionalism. Really recommend this location. Wish I could remember everyone’s names but YOU ALL ROCK!!! My husband loves his 2 new frames and THANK YOU AGAIN for being who you all are. Very nice team working in Soho. We will be back!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lisa

The place immediately caught my eye.I went into the store. Saw a very pretty lady with an awesome smile. I believe her name was Veronica. She was absolutely perfect. she gave me my space to explore the place yet was always there when I had a question or wanted to try something on.what made me write the review Is that I purchased two pairs of glasses that she picked out for me. Normally any sales person (especially) glasses never finds my style or taste. Veronica nailed it.
