They can assist you in picking the appropriate frame and lens for your face ( prescription as well).The store complies with Covid -19 restrictions – all glasses are cleaned after each touch and only allow a limited number of individuals in the store.

Horrible customer service. Haven’t been able to get a hold of customer service for over a week. I tried emailing multiple times, tried contacting them on their Facebook business page. Tried chatting online. No answer. No reply. They blame it on COVID… Why can’t their employees answer customers’ emails from home if they aren’t at the office…??
