The manager Seebastian (It’s spelled that way on his card) was very helpful, letting us try on all the glasses we wanted, and helping us look up product listings and availability. He didn’t hesitate to remove glasses not on display for us to try on, and was generally nice.

We purchased Ray ban sunglasses on vacation in Los Angeles and the lens somehow was broken within three days. Sebastian contacted the Los Angeles store and we spoke to Michael the Manager and was able to come up with a solution so we didn’t have to walk around with broken sunglaseses while on vacation! saved the Day!
