The sales person that helped me was decent, but definitely did not impress me with his services. Maybe he just was backed up for the day and was focused on other things, but I didn’t feel like I was his priority walking into the store and I was the only customer there. This was my first time going in to a Ray Ban store and if it weren’t for finding a pair of sunglasses I really liked quickly, I probably would have walked out and gone to another glasses store. I tried asking questions about Ray Bans, since I’ve never owned a pair, and didn’t feel like the gentleman really cared about what I was looking for. Kind of had the attitude like just find a pair you like and buy them. I was trying to find out information on lens types, glass vs plastic, polarized vs not, warranty, things of this nature.

I’ve been going to UTC mall more often lately and recently checked out the new Ray Ban store. I like it because it’s close to most of the stores I usually visit and close to the new parking structure that I always find close parking in. Really clean look and I’ll probably buy a pair next time I stop by.

I felt like I was seriously inconveniencing the sales associates who were not interested in helping and also seemed annoyed that I was trying on so many sunglasses (they have to clean each pair per COVID protocol). I really wanted new glasses, but it wasn’t worth it to stick around.
