My rating is based upon the purchase experience and the incompetence that was repeatedly displayed. Within the home office, if It is your responsibility to explain the process to your potential customers, to provide detailed information about the neighborhood, including homeowners association, Then you should have that readily available. These are things that homebuyers consider when making this type of investment. When the decision is made to purchase a home, your sales people should also have an understanding of the contract and not send multiple amendments to the agreement. This process has been extremely sloppy, unprofessional and I’m starting to reconsider my decision.
