The instructors are very professional in that they help fix your form and provide smooth transitions. Halfway into the session, I’m drenched as if I was in the sauna. The next couple hours after I’m done, I feel SUPER relaxed. Great for the mind, body, and soul!

I first purchase amazing hand knotted authentic stone beaded bracelets from Rana at a Yoga retreat at Snowshoe WV. Since then Rana has made several things for me including stunning malas from her boutique in Laguna Beach and shipped them to me. She is a highly skilled artisan. I highly recommend. You won’t get elastic or glass beads from this artist. Her work is stunning. I hope to visit her boutique one day soon post covid. Thank you Rana!!!
