Shout out to the folks who work at this Ralphs in Indio- thank you! You made my mom’s big birthday extra special. She let me know THE NIGHT BEFORE that she would really like some balloons. The customer service person took great care of me and found someone to open floral early and blow up 20 balloons. Meanwhile, the bakery ladies helped me pick the cake. They then helped me stuff all the balloons in the car so I could get home in time to surprise my mom. I know things are extra tough right now during the pandemic and everyone is cranky and stressed, but I so appreciate that you all went above and beyond to make my mom’s birthday extra special. THANK YOU!

I went to this store on Easter to get a pack of cigarettes considering it was a busy day for me and the store as well, i walked in thinking it would be an easy checkout at customer service. I presented my military I.d. for my cigarette and was denied service. I asked why? and was told I didn’t have enough information on my military card such as my height and weight to identify myself. I told the floor leader the seal is there, my picture is there and my date of birth is on the card. I walked out of there to look for another form of I.d. And found my expired I.d. And sure enough he took it and sold me the cigarettes. I don’t even think these Ralph’s stores out here know exactly what a military I.d. Card even looks like at all. Another store thinks it’s an immigration card and this one right here thinks it’s a fake i.d. card. I’m really not trying to make anyone’s life difficult but I find this discriminating. Thank you.
