Unfortunately, my experiences with this pharmacy have repeatedly been bad. It takes a very long time to get prescriptions refilled. I always have to call the doctors office myself. Although the pharmacy sends texts to let us know a prescription is refilled, they do not tell us which prescription has been filled. Often, even after receiving a text, or having verified by phone that the prescription has been received by the pharmacy, I still have to wait in the store while the staff prepare the medication. The staff rarely apologize.

After waiting on the phone for 10 minutes, I got hung up without explanation. Managed to get a hold of them when I called again.
