Clean store, well organized. Products sold here typically will run about 25% more than most other places that sells groceries.This store does a poor job of enacting mask mandates. About 1 out of every 5 people in this store refuses to wear a mask because of asthma or some other nonsense excuse.

The interior cleanliness of the store like floors, restrooms are immaculate and that makes me a highly satisfied customer. The ease of shopping throughout the store like racks being organized by size, aisles were easy to shop. The friendliness of the employees was excellent and well trained to help you find an item or answer questions. The speed of the checkout was excellent.

This review is focused on the management and staff.I have visited this location for years and recently I have noticed that the employees in that store or treated so horribly by the front end staff. I have watched one particular lady named Pam on multiple occasions belittling employees and talking negatively about employees in front of customers and other employees. During my most recent visit on August 6th, she was yelling into her mic at an employee. She told the employee “I don’t care if your helping a customer, you need to get up here and bag.” I was shocked. Then when the young man got up there she stood there and just glared at him. I felt so bad for this young man. He shouldn’t be treated like that. I also shouldn’t be able to hear in while I am standing in line.They are always under staffed and that seems to be taken out on the courtesy clerks. If help is needed then management should step up and do something instead of stand there.I worked in the grocery industry for 20 years, and there is no way I would ever work at this store.I will give credit to Carol and Fred, who are always pleasant and seems to appreciate the staff way more than Pam does. Kim is my favorite cashier. I always try and go to her lane when she is working.Since the pandemic has started it seems like there are a lot of new courtesy clerks. There are a few that I have interacted with and they are very nice and helpful. I have also noticed that many are no longer there. The produce, deli and meat department employees are always very nice and helpful. I would suggest an additional deli member during busy times. I waited almost 15 minutes to be served because there was only one person working.I wish that I could give a better review for this store. If the employees were treated better I probably would.This is a quote the managers need to understand. “A bad manager can take a good staff and destroy it, causing the best employees to flee and the remainder to lose all motivation.”I have a reason to believe that this is why so many of the familiar face I would normally see in that store are gone. I hope that the staff there now doesn’t leave because of the management.
