The store is clean and well stocked but on two occasions I happened to deal with two surly employees and I always go through self-check out! So stay away from Gloria and Martha. Maybe they were having bad days, but I wasn’t, so spare me the indifference.

Really disappointed in Ralph’s online bakery. I ordered a birthday cake online from them last year and no problems. This year, I obviously can’t say the same. As you can see from the pictures, it’s definitely not the same cake. Which to me is FALSE ADVERTISING! Not even a courtesy call to let me know of any changes. Also, I ordered buttercream frosting (it even says buttercream on the receipt I got) but I got whipped cream instead. I definitely will not be using their online bakery again. Next time I’ll use French’s Bakery.
