90% of the people working here I’ve had rude and unhelpful experiences with. Come here very often but the last time, in particular, my girl asked where she could find a certain item. The first person she asked, they kind of blew her off and said I don’t know, check these isles. Then she went to the manager, or supervisor and she had the same experience. I watched all this unfold. When it was checkout time, the manager or assistant was checked out mentally and was very unhelpful the customer service here is a joke. Time and time again, I have come here since it is one of the closest markets to where I live, and I avoid employees or get turned off just by being In the store.. This last time was the last straw, you are not treated like a customer here or just simple common courtesy is hard to come by.. Will not be coming back ever again. I would give it lower than 1 star, it’s really a shame.

Easy parking, great bakery, ice cream, milk and yogurt section. Prices are reasonable. Staff is good and helpful.

I have never experienced such poor customer service as I did today at my local Ralphs. The cashier Vanessa was rude, had so much attitude and should NEVER work in a customer facing role. Manager was useless as well. Will go to Target or Sprouts in future. They have much better customer service and are deserving of our business.
