I’ve recently moved to North Hollywood,California from Jacksonville,Fl. I been a resident here for a few months now and this Ralph’s location has become my go-to. But today changed that when a employee name Silvia made me & my roommate feel uncomfortable. We feel as if she profiled us & targeted us while we were checking out in self-checkout. She came over and said “don’t put the things you already have bagged up in the cart put them where I can see it” as if we were stealing. She made a scene about it which was disturbing, I’m not sure if it was because we’re African American or what but she most definitely disturbed our shopping experience at this location. We never had a problem at this store before and it’s been this same lady on two occasions bothering us. We have good encounters with every employee at this location but her
