Sometimes the produce isn’t great, but on the whole this place is a good grocer.

I must give 100% of my stars to the female cashier (with tattoos) at Ralph’s Westlake store, for the kindness and efficiency she displayed while being both cashier and bagger, with such ease. And when I gave her a compliment, she graciously said thank you. Then went on to help a very elderly lady unload all her groceries onto the belt! Above and beyond.

Good store, nice baggers. Doesn’t have everything but it’s good with ok prices.

I go to this Ralph’s often. Normally on my lunch break. I self checked out and the check out employee was passing me by when I asked her if I could please have a bag, I got no response so I assumed she didn’t hear me (no big deal right) but then about 5 seconds later turns and says there over there and points to where they were. NOW I’m not one to complain, I’ll get my own things, but the fact that she was just holding a grocery bag and handing it to someone else AND also she did hear me the first time I asked and chose NOT to respond to me. She was young. I went today 3/30/21 @ around 1245ish. I wish I would have gotten her name she was a young girl. Please be polite to every customer and if you can’t be then maybe that isn’t the job for you.!!
