Another month another cupcake disaster! The service at the bakery here has been horrible and no accountability for the mistakes. Why do I keep coming back. Oh, yeah, I’m not anymore. Unfortunate that it seems to be more important for the employees to be on their phones rather than pay correct attention to the simple order instructions! Gotta explain again why the cupcakes look so depressing for a birthday!! Simple instructions, white icing on these!!

Customer service is ok, I suggest management do a little more taining on the attitude issue, I dont like the way they look down on some of the less fortunate customers, homeless or not they dont need to be having that Im better than you attitude. We are all equal. Someday they may lose everything and have to live with the same people they treat less than. Other than that the prices are the best around, and the deli is so delicious, I love the hot fresh cooked chicken, mashed potatoes, and macaroni n cheese.
