Horrible customer serviceStood in line or what many believed to be a line for 5-10 minutesThen just to be told oh now the line is over there to stand in line for another 5-10 minutesNeither multiple employees nor the supposed manager on duty couldn’t provide any sort of explanation or even an apology for the confusionNo signs or anything to show where there is the line for the registerWont be coming back here anymoreUse to come 3-4 times a week on my way home from workBut not anymore!Ralphs/Kroger train your employees better and actually not inconvenience the customersYour guy running around who had glasses and gloves on looked lost trying to herd us like dogs arohnd the front of your store
Olivarez El Compositor Del Rancho

They need at least one checkout stand for 15 items or less. They have self checkout, but if you buy any alcoholic beverage, you must go through the regular checkout. So if you buy a beer and a couple of grocery items like I frequently do, your stuck in a long line with people who have fully loaded carts
