Slow day (3 people shopping around midday on a Thursday), myself and the other customers were greeted with upbeat personalities by everyone working there. I was interested in the off brand uggs sandals and they assisted me. 2 cashiers, 2 customers in line. In and out. I appreciated their enthusiasm and great communication skills. Positivity, pass it on.

This store has something for everyone a woman over 40+ as well as a young woman and even children’s clothing there too, and they are really cute. The best thing is, is the prices. I mean it’s not Neiman Marcus but it’s some really good finds in there as well as a lay away plan to make things even more affordable. Everyone was REALLY nice and very professional from the manager, cute cashier to the security. I got a genuine smile out if everyone. I will be back

I’m so glad Rainbow has upgraded one of their L.A. stores with alot of space, however, why can’t customer service be upgraded as well? The management (burgundy hair, plus size) was very uptight & cold. There was an associate that assisted me (pink extensions) that was friendly and knowledgeable on the merchandise… She should manage. All in all, Rainbow would increase their revenue & attract a better clientele if their staff were properly trained sales relating to customer service.
