Staff was so unfriendly and unwelcoming I stopped shopping. I went to buy whatever I had in my hands and stood there for 2 minutes while the 2 older associates ignored me. I finally asked, ‘ is this where I checkout?’ They didn’t even answer me or look at me and just yelled for the cashier Harley or Hanley. The cashier made me wait an additional few minutes so she could finish putting away gloves…The same cashier came less than 10 inches away from me, sat on the floor and stocked a rack I was looking at so I couldn’t even shop.Only giving a 2 because the security guard was great.1/19/21/16:13 is the time/Transaction #398732Look at the tapes and watch your employees

A few staff are helpful and polite but a few aren’t. I understand it’s an inner city store and the workers are from these neighborhoods. I go there because it has some items that they might run out of at the other location. One worker was giving me a dirty, silent, stare down yesterday when I needed to go into the dressing room to help my autistic daughter try on ONE item while back-to-school shopping. I told her I had to go in to help my child and she reluctantly said, okay, and walked away. One worker slammed the dressing room door hard behind me as I walked into it.The selection is good for juniors and the price is good. You just have to try everything one. It’s not always cut or sewn right. I don’t buy anything there if it doesn’t fit or feel right. I have to double check my daughter on that to be sure.
