The customer service I experienced at this store is unacceptable. Speaking in Spanish under the impression by the way that I look that I wouldn’t understand is a reflection of their ignorance (FYI, I understood) Three girl employees laughing and giggling behind the counter and no one wanted to step up to do their job to ring up a paying customer, WOW. Bad customer service. I refuse to spend my hard earned money at any Rainbow Shop ever again because of it.
