I love Rainbow Sandals! I started with my first pair back in 2005 or so and I have bought several pairs since. I also have 3 pairs of loafers that are my staple for work and casually going out. I love how they are super comfy and form to your feet. I love the outlet because you can get some discounted slightly imperfect pairs.

I was warmly greeted at the door by a lovely lady (wish I had gotten her name so I could shout her out!). Chance gave me the best service I’ve ever had in any retail experience, and helped me to find exactly the right fit for my feet, which was a lengthy process (I’m a little picky ). Rather than lose patience, though, he actually gave me way more options than I’d even imagined, and was so accommodating. Highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates people who genuinely care about your customer experience.
