Very disappointed in Paul. This is not a business I would ever recommend. They ruined $2800 worth of clothing and said they aren’t responsible for materials that are brought to them.Do yourself a favor – save them time, money and frustration by going elsewhere.

If I could give him zero stars I would he was rude from the time he answer the phone I asked him if he was by appt only he aggressively ask what do u want I advised a leather jacket embroidered he yelled with what so out of respect of his feeling I hung up so he didn’t take me out of character…HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
