Great customer service. I am a local homeowner with limited experience in flooring but with a handymen disposition. The team here were able to guide me on repairing hardwood floor patches that were left open after a significant remodel where doors were moved in my house. They provided free samples, advice and guidance where I could go find the products I needed. Highly recommend the neighborhood Rafael Floors. I was originally quotes $2,000 to patch my floors, but after the guidance I received I was able to do it myself for only $27.

Rafael Floors was recommended to me from my realtor and I’m glad to have found them. Their prices were competitive compared to other vendors in the area. Jennifer helped walk me through different types of flooring, and Steve was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with, especially to get a price that worked for our budget. He kept us updated on the expected delivery of our hardwood floors and helped manage an issue when some boxes arrived damaged. Now having dealt with a number of vendors for our house, I recognize how pleasant it was to work with Steve and Rafael Floors as a whole. I would definitely recommend them for others who are looking for flooring.

Very friendly and helpful on the shop floor but that is where all good things come to an end. No internal communication to get someone out to view the home. Had to follow up with them twice. Once they did the measurements, I never heard back with an estimate. I even followed up to see what the delay was and no response. Also, who has a business card that doesn’t have your email address on it.
