Update to a previous review: after some initial confusion around product part availability and scheduling, R and R fulfilled their commitment to installing cross bars and a cargo box on our Honda Pilot within an agreed-upon timeframe. Looks great so far.They must’ve worked overtime to fit us in during a busy week to make good on their commitment – and right before our local school’s spring break no less. For that we are grateful.They have great products, installations, and employees. Hoping the owner invests in some sales management software to help them streamline communications with customers to take them to the next level and make employees’ work easier.
