Bailey was incredible during my recent experience buying my first rack and cargo box. From my initial phone call through leaving the store after the installation, Bailey was fantastic. He was knowledgeable about products, installation, and using the equipment. He was very patient in going through all of my options with me, and helped me to become 100% comfortable installing and removing the box and the rack myself since it was important to me. I would highly recommend Rack Attack to my friends and family, though I would absolutely wait to work with Bailey as he specifically made the experience excellent.
