Buying a mattress is a confusing and extremely tough thing to do. Every mattress manufacturer renames and issues different item numbers for every retailer that sells their products, so that finding a mattress to compare prices with multiple retailers is impossible. The way I was able to pick a mattress to purchase at R MATTRESS STORE OF SANTA MONICA , was to actually try it, lay on it and feel the softness and comfort level I was looking for. MIKE help me through this process. He is a very well informed sales representative, he explained all the differences between the other mattresses and bases I liked and also answer all my questions. So I’m happy to announce that I found the perfect bed 🙂 the exact softness and comfort level that I was hoping for at a great price!! MIke was able to get me to get a good package deal! My mattress was due for replacement. I did my research and went back to Mike from whom I bought two mattresses 8 years ago. He is super knowledgeable and professional. He carefully listened to my needs and provided comprehensive overview of the options he had available. I made an appointment to check the mattresses. Mike was extremely resourceful and helped me navigate through the options. I selected the best value in a floor sample that would have cost at least three times as much. Best of all, he has high-quality locally made products that are an amazing value. He also has impressive selection of high-quality pillows. The local brands don’t spend excessive amounts on their marketing and offer hands-down better products. It makes sense on so many levels. I’ll be back every time I need a mattress or a set of pillows. If you need a mattress, look no further. Big thumbs up for Mike the Store owner!!!!!!
