If I can actually give 0 stars I would. Not a reliable place. Either they should get organized or shut down. Stop playing with people’s life ♀️Appointment was for 8:30am on 5/29/21 it was 10am and they never showed up. Called the “main branch” and they couldn’t even get to contact the office because the were NOT THERE‼️

I had a fabulous experience at this Quest location. My appt was at 9:20 and I was nervous because I was a little late. They still honored my appt, and I only had to wait in the waiting room for ~5 mins after checking in at the kiosk. SIERRA did my blood work and she was a complete gem—she explained every little step of the paperwork and the blood work to give me reassurance that the correct test would be run (after several doctors offices had lost the test results for this specific test). She is extremely detail-oriented and took her time to make sure everything was in order in terms of paperwork/test labels. I also have very tricky veins and usually people struggle to draw my blood, but Sierra was a total pro and the blood draw itself was relatively quick and painless. I would highly recommend this location, and specifically Sierra, for blood work.

Standing outside the door at 2:40pm and no ok is answering and they close at 3:00 pm there is a line of 5 people also out here banging on the door
