Ugh, just terrible service. Their telephone answering menu was atrocious, I wasn’t able to talk to a human, and it just said to come in and not make an appointment. I drive to the location, I sit around for 10 minutes before anyone even knew I was there in the waiting room, and then they said I needed to make an appointment for the next day. Zero customer service here.

My last visit at safeway quest location was great the lady there was the best drawing my blood because my veins roll. But now the lady has moved to another quest location and i can not locate her new location and no one knows or can help me locate her. It’s very sad about this problem at quest how you can’t speak to anyone unless you drive there and even then you probably won’t get any answers. for me it’s not the golden years when i need to get a quest blood test.
