I went on a Saturday to a packed waiting room. As I have been vaccinated and thought the requirement to wear a mask had been lifted based on the governor’s information, I didn’t have a mask on. The waiting room emptied out as one patient had 4 people with her. A technician (told her name was Arizona) came out with a very nasty attitude and told me I had to put a mask on which I did upon request without hesitation. I don’t understand how in one sense I’m told to wear a mask but people are allowed to be sitting in the waiting room who did not have an appointment and were not getting lab work done. The inconsistency in the way this office is handled is atrocious. I typically go to the lab in Port Jeff Station but decided to try this place again as I had hoped by now they would’ve gotten their act together. If you want to be treated with respect and kindness, don’t go here.

Walk in policy needs to be revisited. How does a patient that came in as a walk-in, with only 2 people ahead of them still end up waiting over an hour? Patients coming in an hour later with appointments are being seen before a walk-in patient that’s been sitting there for an hour. Strictly because the walk-in policy is that all patients with appointments get seen first. By that ridiculous logic I’d be sitting there until noon when they have seen their last scheduled patient and shut their doors for the day!

Totally would give zero stars if possible. They are incompetent. Their current wait system is the pits. In my last two times going there, I’ve waited approximately 3.5hours (going at 630am)…. And…. Getting… Nothing. If youre a walk in, expect to have no idea what HOUR you’ll be seen while appointments walk past YOU (from the morning opening , I was 5th on line and waited 1.5 hours before leaving. Nobody to communicate, no checking place on line, approximate wait time). So, tldr-screw this place, run.
