I purchased my board few weeks ago and it came in 4-5 weeks as expected. The customer service is awesome on the pyzel surf website, epically with the live chat service. The live chat service is very convenient. The staffs were polite and helpful. I rode my board today and it worked great. I would definitely buy a board here again.

We purchased a brand new 5’8” Phantom surfboard for our son in August 2020. It’s now not even the end of September and the nose of the board is bent and the crack goes all the way through. It hasn’t even been used 10 times! Super disappointed!Changing my review to 4 stars (from 1) due to the fact that Pyzel customer service contacted me directly after my review, and was really helpful while we went through the process of getting my son’s board fixed. They didn’t refer us to the repair place (they did an amazing job – Terry Senate’s shop in San Clemente; go there and ask for Perry, he’s a surf board repair magician!), but they did offer to pay for the repair and even offered credit towards our next purchase (and came through with it too!). I appreciate the attention and consideration of your customer service rep (Dan!), you guys just need to train your store employees on the same level of commitment to great customer service. Thank you!!!

LONG WAITING TIME FOR ORDERING WEAK BOARDS! I ordered a ghost model stoked on my first pay check, wait 3 weeks for the board to arrive after sending multiple emails trying to find my board. Once arrived I was stoked until the next morning when on my 3rd wave (on a 2-3ft day) the nose of the board comes clean off. Don’t know if it was flawed or if it’s just these boards. Board is now water logged and patched and on Craigslist to get some money for a different brand, any recommendations on where I can find a board that will last more than 24 hours?
