Very kind workers who are very patient and nice with the customers. One offered to let us stay for a bit more even after the store closed to try a fun activity, and he was very nice about it. I wish I remembered the name of the guy that helped us so I can shout him out for his kindness. They have all the best puma product and a lot of fun activities. Would definitely go there again!

Going to the store on my 10th year anniversary myself and my wife had purchased a pair of sneakers. We wanted to customize our sneakers on a new embroidered computer system. I asked one of the associates what the deal with the embroidered system was because I was interested and he is response was none of the associates know how to do it. I can’t see why a huge business such as puma wouldn’t hire people to use their equipment really frustrating for me. My first time at a puma store I would never go back I just feel like the company doesn’t put the type of training into their employees.
