The pharmacist Leighann is rude and hateful . Other than her the entire staff is very nice and helpful!! I will be changing pharmacies just because of her !!

Consistently never give enough medicine for antibiotic liquid (for infant). Have asked about it twice in the past. Today was the last straw.. He told me he had had two days worth and it was strong so no need to give him the next 3 days worth… I would be fine… Needless to say I argued that point. Then he suggested I add water and dilute it.. . Look I get it, you got a dose size you have to give. But if it is a thicker liquid and it sticks to the bottle there simply isn’t enough to fulfill the directions of the prescription. Most pharmacy’s realize this and give a little more to compensate for loss (not to mention this is being given to a 1 year old, God forbid he spit out a little). This pharmacy simply will not budge and the pharmacist insisted that I live with it, even though there literally isn’t enough. I will be changing pharmacy’s.Update: My child’s doctor agreed with me, there was not enough in the bottle to carry out the recommended dosage. So he wrote me another prescription. I went back to the Publix Pharmacy and they said insurance would not cover it this time so I had to pay full price even though they didn’t give me enough in the first place…..This will conclude my business with this establishment. Not only were they unsympathetic to their fault but gave me negligent if not outright dangerous advice. My child’s health and his prescription dosage is not something I am willing to undermine.
