I started using Publix after terrible customer service at a big chain store.Publix keeps my medicines straight, they spend time with me when I need time; if my bottle says 2 refills they refill it twice. They are easy to contact by phone. When I had questions about possible discounts for my medicines they spent time researching my options. They have always been downright nice and several even greet me by name!My job involves customer service and I hope I am as good as the folks at my Publix pharmacy.
