My experience the last few visits has been to be generally ignored at the counter for a few minutes before being acknowledged, and then a few more minutes before someone helps.This last time I went to pick up 2 prescriptions. I had received a text message about an hour and a half before that a prescription was ready, so I assumed they would both be ready. After I was finally waited on, she only had 1 prescription so I asked about the other one, to which she replied It hasn’t come through. I thought that was strange as they should have both been ordered from the Dr’s office at the same time, but I said I’d go home and call the doctor. When I arrived home 15 minutes later I received a text stating that I had another prescription ready at the Publix pharmacy, so the order apparently had come through and she either didn’t know how to check or didn’t bother.I’m going to look for a better pharmacy.

Updating this now. This is the fourth time I’ve seen associates in the pharmacy using masks incorrectly/not wearing them period. Hold your associates accountable, Publix. I’m tired of asking medical professionals to be medically safe with people’s meds.

Everytime I go to this publix I am greeted with the kindest smiles and the customer service is outstanding!! My kids love going with me because the checkout people never fail to say hello and offer them a balloon!! Oh and the SUSHI is phenomenal… Blows all the other actual sushi restaurants away!!! Thanks again for making my experience completely and 100% enjoyable!!
