I over paid by over $1000 before I realized they were not checking.

Good and fast service.

Overall good but perfect compared to Walgreens. Their app is horrible since can’t see when last items were refilled which is important when you have as many prescriptions as I do. You also have to make sure they run syringes with the product you will use them with so insurance will pay for the syringes. I over paid by over $1000 before I realized they were not checking.

I would rate the Publix Pharmacy on 69South “ZERO” stars but that is not an option. The tech at the window obviously doesn’t know what good customer service is. In fact, why would Publix even hire someone with no personable skills to work with customers at the window? Customers like my mother, who rely on their medication, and sometimes need a bit of direction or help in getting them filled. We were brushed off and told one medication would cost 245.00 and they couldn’t accept the RX, because “the Dr signed both lines”. Even the Pharmacist said so. So, after having to leave with no medicine, a very rude experience, and calling the Drs office, who explained so clearly that he signed both sides ——> agreeing to generic medication….. We went right down the road to Winn Dixie Pharmacy, we got them to take the RX with no hesitation, $22.00 in cost, and the tech was very helpful, kind and pleasant. If it wasn’t for my sister having knowledge about medicines, RX’s, and GoodRX, my mother would have to take the unreliable word of a rude technician and pharmacist at Publix and go without a costly but much needed medication.

Wish I could give a half a star!! Called in prescriptions a day ahead of time and in the morning at that, I went in the next day which was today and they still had not filled the prescriptions! Then I call back in at 4 in the afternoon and guess what they are still not ready. Have not had this problem anywhere! They then tell me that he doesn’t have a refill on his pain meds which I know he does. Place is rude and staff needs to learn some manners and the system needs an update as well.. worthless and pathetic!
