Superb customer service from Al! We needed to find a storage unit — last minute! I called yesterday and spoke with a Michael, who assisted me while I was frantically looking for a storage unit. My Fiance came with my uncle to load the boxes from our Uhaul truck. I didn’t have enough time to pay online, so I had to do it quickly. I made an error and scheduled it for the next day! But, Al was so patient and willing to amend my mistake.The unit we picked was a 5 x 10 and I was surprised that it is spacious and had high-ceiling. Overall, they were very accommodating and provided me an easy, seamless process. Lots of selection of units, too!We will only rent for a short-term, but will consider them again the next time we move. Thank you!
