Conveniently located from where I live. Facility and friendly staff are always available during open hours. Clean and temperature controlled. The only issue I have with them is that there were items stolen from my unit and from others. The only recourse you have is to make a police report but my items were not of large monetary value, so I didn’t. My only wish is that public storage could possibly do more than tell you to report it to the police. It is not consoling or comforting to know that you could possibly get ripped off even though you have a lock on your unit that you have to buy from them. I noticed other units have put their own 2nd lock on. That seems the only other alternative to safety.
