The property manager, John, was really helpful. I initially had in mind on renting a 5×5 because it’s the cheapest. However, they didn’t have anymore 5×5 units so John was able to upgrade me to a 10×5 for the same price. Best part is it is ground level so I didn’t have to carry my things upstairs. Check in process was fast. We were in and out of the office within twenty minutes. They’re newly renovated as well so the facility looks very up to date.

We checked in for a 10×20 outside storage at this location. Great experience ! John, the site manager was excellent in helping us to set up. John also helped us to sort out our reservation to take advantage of a newly discounted price.We are very impressed. Highly recommended this storage location.

The manager of a public storage on Bolsa av. Seems to know what it takes to make you feel like your #1 when you enter this property. He is professional ,caring and friendly, and he makes you feel comfortable when your leaving the property because you know he’s got your back while your gone… what else can you ask for. I store a boat here and the customer service is outstanding and I never worry about brake ins at this property. Maybe you should check it out and give yourself the piece of mind you deserve. Larry
