I came into this location to ask some general questions, and even though I am not ready to rent, this will be the only location I go to. The manager Katelyn dropped what she was doing and gave me her full attention to answer all of my bizarre questions. She was patient while I figured things out, gave me the office number to call once I am ready to store. Thank you public storage for keeping your staff kind, patient and knowledgeable!

Best experience I’ve had renting a unit!! Facility was clean and secure, reserving online was simple, but the best part of my experience was the customer service and hospitality that Katelyn displayed. Convenient location and decently sized storage units. Only reason why I have this set to four stars is because of the new inconvenience. I’m sure they have their reasons but changing the hours to close the office and gates at 6pm made things a little more difficult for myself. I work until 6 or often times later so going from 9pm to 6pm close makes it a lot harder to be able to get stuff that I need.
