MOVING OUT. Very Low secured place.After the robbery on April 12, till now they didn’t fix the building’s door to my unit and they don’t care about it. The manager and the supervisor they don’t care about our stuffs and they don’t want to spend money to fix anything. Even after 5 months the chemical accident in one of the units, we still smell the chemical, the ventilation not working good.Today the new manager told me she will fix the door, let see when they will fix it!!!…………..Low price, not worth it.Today April 12th I received a phone call from an Irvine Sargent which he was asking me if I’m a CERT member and if I have a painting which it was in my storage!!??? I told him yes I do have these items in my storage and then he tolled me that they catch a thief which in his car they found these items and more. He asked me wait for an officer and go to storage and then go and get my stuffs. Any way make a long story short I got my stuffs back.Then after taking to the manager and the main office and ….. this storage didn’t give me any break or discount. The worst thing is that few days ago they just raised the price $20 more. No offers, no good deals, they just fixed the luck on my storage and even not apologize for inconvenients!!!.
