Went in on Monday Ana was helping another person it was 6 pm and there was other people waiting to speak with her even though it was past her closing time she helped everyone with a smile and everyone thanked her some customers greeted her saying it’s good to see you again she knew who they where. It made me feel like I’m choosing the right place to store my items.Also today over the phone Tania was very professional and helpful she took the time to answer all my questions even if some were repetitive . The ladies here deserve a raise they are super friendly and professional .

I just wanted to day I was treated very poorly by the girl that is here when Ana is not here I usually came with my mother to change her lock but yesterday she was feeling ill I was not aware I couldn’t do it without her . She talked down to me she kept raising g her voice she got very aggressive verbally like if she was talking to child she does not need to be here . My mother called and she was treated very rudely. We came in today after talkingn to someone in corporate Ana explain everything to us and we don’t have an issue with following the rules. We were going to a bad review but Ana asked us not to since the reviews grade her she is very polite will work with us and makes sure we are treated like a person. If she ever leaves this place will lose alot of business.
