Communication is poor between staff and customer. Needed a small unit was force to rent a larger unit. Do not have access to my property after 6 pm. When contract/lease is up will change storage. I need access after 6 pm. Closes to early and opens to late. For a large storage so large it should communicate better with it’s customers, and have better hours.

I have been a customer at another storage place but the customer service I get at public storage is very professional and the 12 story building is well maintained. When I come to find out its maintained by one Maintenance worker that I met he was kind, polite and happy doing his job and smiled when I Complemented on his work and told me thank you. Great job Mike keep at it and I’m sure I’m not the only one who thinks so.

I really enjoy this storage facility and highly recommend it! Staff are great, facility is clean, and it’s extremely affordable.My gripe with this facility are the hours.9:30am to 6pm on Weekdays is pretty horrible for the normal 9 – 6 employee. I literally have to plan when I’m gonna visit my storage until because I work during those hours. These new hours were due to Covid, but with the city reopening… Will the old, more open hours return? I sure hope so.
